1) put regular conditioner or treatments on your dry hair from roots to end. put on a shower cap and step in the shower and shampoo last. the heat from your shower will help your hair absorb the moisture better. you can also turn your blow dryer on high over your shower cap to help hair absorb better. dry hair absorbs the moisture better since it did not already absorb water.




2) use 2 egg yolks and 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil and spread all over dry hair. wrap in plastic wrap or under shower cap. wait 20-30 minuets, shampoo off.



3) mash one avocado and 1/4 of olive oil together and spread on hair. tie hair up if oil is dripping on you and wait for 20 minuets. shampoo off.


4) use a heat protector before you straighten ***really important since it prevents a lot of damage



tips: when using all the above treatments, do it twice to 3 time a week don't wash your hair the next day. also shampoo twice is need to get all the oil out
